The data we process is strictly operational—used to ensure your device connects to the nearest 5G tower, that your data plan is accurately applied, and that our network remains resilient against threats.
Information We Collect
To activate and maintain your service, we process specific technical identifiers. This includes the IMEI of your 5G router, the SIM card ICCID, and signal telemetry (RSSI/RSRP) used to optimize your connection quality. For billing purposes, we maintain your contact information and payment history. This data is retained only as long as required by Qatari telecommunications law.

How We Secure Data
Your data flows through encrypted channels from your device to our core network. We utilize industry-standard AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit.
